01. what should I wear to my appointment?

We recommend wearing loose, breathable clothing to keep your skin comfortable after your service. Avoid anything tight or restrictive - think relaxed, easy pieces like sweats, linen, dresses, or skirts. For intimate services, cotton underwear is ideal.

02. is waxing painful?

You may feel some discomfort, especially if it’s your first time, but most clients are surprised by how quick and manageable it is. We use a gentle, high-quality wax and refined techniques to make your experience as comfortable as possible from start to finish.

03. how long should my hair be?

For best results, your hair should be about ¼ inch long - typically around two weeks of growth after shaving. This allows the wax to properly grip the hair for a smooth, effective result.

04. can I wax while on my period?

Yes, you can. We recommend wearing a tampon or menstrual cup to your appointment. Keep in mind that your skin may be more sensitive during this time, which can make the service feel slightly more uncomfortable.

05. can I reschedule if I don’t want to wax during my period?

Of course. If you’d prefer to wait, you’re always welcome to reschedule your appointment at a time that feels more comfortable for you.

06. how far in advance should I wax before a vacation?

We recommend booking your appointment at least 48 hours before your trip. This allows any sensitivity or redness to settle so you can enjoy smooth, comfortable skin while you’re away.

07. will waxing make my hair grow back thicker?

No - in fact, the opposite is often true. With consistent waxing, hair typically grows back softer and finer over time. It also helps exfoliate the skin, supporting smoother results overall.

08. do I have to remove all my hair for an intimate service?

Not at all. Your service is completely customizable. Whether you prefer full removal or something more tailored, we’ll work with you to achieve a result you feel comfortable and confident in.

09. can I wax if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

Yes, waxing is generally safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding. However, hormonal changes can make your skin more sensitive. If you have any concerns, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider and letting your esthetician know so we can adjust your service accordingly.

10. can I bring a friend?

To maintain a calm, private environment and ensure we can give you our full attention, we don’t allow guests in the treatment room. Our goal is to create a comfortable and focused experience just for you.
